How long does shipping take for complete skateboards?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. Please allow an additional 24-48 hours for our team to professionally assemble and grip your custom complete orders.
What is your return policy on decks?
We accept returns on un-skated decks within 30 days of purchase. The board must be in its original shrink wrap and original packaging. We cannot accept returns on decks that have been gripped or assembled.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is processed and leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay for a secure and seamless checkout experience.
Are your decks covered by a warranty?
We offer a limited warranty against manufacturer defects, such as de-lamination. Please note that this does not cover breakage due to impact, normal wear and tear, or improper landing of tricks.
